Using local water from Hakusan Mountain and harvesting their own Gohyakumangoku rice late in the season to promote starch concentration, Manzairaku Yamahai Junmai is soft in texture with an umami roundness and earthy flavors of barley tea and fresh corn finishing with the light astringency that is signature to the Yamahai style.

Serve at room temperature with hot pot or duck.
